I went for a little wander at QB d-other day...yeah rite. Well, u know, u never know wut's in store rite? Anyway, I was just wandering around n alone. Then I saw people coming in n out like a swarming ants at Padini. For a moment, I tot they can't have another SALE as they already had a HUGE SALE couple weeks ago.

But hey, I went inside n to my surprised, they actually had a 2 days special promotions. All garments in which had a 50% discounts got another 20% discount so that means 70% discounts. Make long story short, I just grab wuteva garment which looked nice n decent n headed to d-fitting room. I managed to take some pic of d-garment that I tried. Well, not all garments..just some. Hmmm...I wish I had $$$$$$$$$$$$....cos all d-shirts were really2x good n worth buying.

And I end up ermmm.....well, it's quite a bargain actually. Have a look at some of d-shirt I put on.

I was browsing thru net n found CT's pic at forum.cari.com.my in CT's sub-board forum. Wut intrigued me was, there's one forum member pointed out d-outfit that worn by CT during d-Hari Raya Open House which was held recently, actually had been worn TWICE before. Check out these pics.....

All I can say, Ct is really into recycling. Well, it's good 4 recycling d-outfit instead of wear it once then throw it away. D-idea of wearing our so-called special outfit more than once is actually a very wise decision, regardless of whether ur a Celebrities or someone from another planet. To me, it doesn't make u less stupid or Stingy or wuteva. It's just that we'r trying to be a wise people or consumer as most of the price are getting higher n expensive, I mean at this very time.

Wuteva it is, CT must have a valid reason or u know, a personal reason why she keep wearing d-so-called special outfit for 3 times already. D-baju kurung looked gorgeous on her though.

Anyway, I found another pic of her which taken at another Hari Raya Open House organized by Utusan Group or stg. If u guys looks closely or click n c d-enlarged pic, there's one lady sitting at d-back n guess wut?....she wore exactly same outfit like CT's. To add, another forum member who attended d-same event saw with his/her owns eyes. Hehehehe....D-photographer shud hv asked that lady to come forward n stand side-by-side n snap. Then put a caption "WHO WEARS IT BETTER"....hehehehe

Supermodel - Maria Carla Boscono

I've been following Maria Carla Boscono's modelling career since 2004. After Natalia Vodianova, she's come in d-2nd place as a supermodel that I've always looking forward to. Btw, here's some basic info bout this Italian Supermodel. She was born on 20 September 1980, which means she's 28-years old. And also, she's blessed with decent height at 1.77 m.

Anyway, I'm not sure when was her debut appearance (I think..in 2000..not sure, u guys can always google...hehe), especially on d-runway show. As far as I concern, I've seen her doing all d-catwalk stuff in 2003. And until now (2008), she still rock d-runway show...in 2006, she did changed her haircolor into platinum blonde n her hair was kinda short.

Y I pick her after Natalia Vodianova?...Before I start talking crap, let me tell u, to me, she's not really that super-duper beautiful or has a goddess-looks or wuteva. She's just like next-door gal with a very high ambitious goals 4 herself. Anyway, I picked her after Natalia Vodianova mainly bcos of her signature walk. She's got d-most striking walk and very sensational walk. How impressed I was d-moment, I mean d-1st time I saw her on d-runway n I was like...who's she...She's so aggresive n her walk was abso-fucking-lutely amazing. Her walks really caught my eye. I loved d-way she cross her leg especially when she strutt her stuff to d-beat of d-music background. Goshhhh...I juz loved seeing her walk. Juz look at her gaze when she's on d-runway...so FIERCE.

Those who has been using SK II for their whole life must be kinda shocked or at least wonder who d-hell is d-1st MALE ever appointed to be a spokesperson for this Japanese Brand, SKII.

Not one but 2 MALE Model-wannabe has been chosen to be d-face of SK II.

These 2 fellas has been using a FACIAL TREATMENT CLEAR LOTION for a month and initially they juz wanna try d-product since they didn't expect any MIRACLE or any major changes. They only use one-element of d-SK II skin care range though.


But hey........I was so impressed with d-results. Please refer to d-pic below n c how GLOWING n flawless their face are!!!

4th day of Hari Raya with my X-SMKA SLIM RIVER schoolmates

Of all day of Hari Raya, this particular day was d-most tiring day that I've ever had. On 1st day of Hari Raya, Faridin buzz me n telling me bout d-reunion-thingy n we agreed to meet at Tapah on Jumaat which was on 4th Hari Raya. I kinda bz with works, only yesterday n today I manage to squeeze my time juz to put n share my days with d-REAL BICTHES of ALL TIMES in my blog. Hehehe

Let me begin....I left home at 9.25 am n had to fetch Yunus. I wanted to buy d-ticket a nite b4 but d-counter was closed. There's only 1 bus which is SriMaju bus (again, I had no choice despite of countless bad experiences with Srimaju) that go directly from Ipoh to Tapah/Bidor. Unfortunetaly, when we got there, there's only 1 seat available. So my father had to take us to another bus station at Medan Kid where we had to take a daily bus. Hmmm...I haven't taken any daily bus in years, so I was quite thrilled actually...hahah, yeah rite.

So, we arrived at Tapah around 12.45pm. Faridin n Rashid were already there. It's been 2 years since d-last time I met Rashid. Well, there's nothing major different about Rashid. He will always be d-shortest among us...Hahahaha. Just kidding Rashid. Anyway, both of 'em wore a very vibrant Purple n Red Malay Traditional Outfit respectively. Apparently their Raya Spirit as strong as their outfit's color. Huhuhu

Then, we drove safely to Shahrin's house. His house is about 1 to 2 km away from d-Tapah's bus station. As we approaching Shahrin's house, we noticed that his relatives were swarming d-house. Fortunately we had Rashid, d-ones with all d-PR skills. Hehehehe.....we let him do d-grown-ups conversations stuff. While Rashid doing his stuff, we helped ourselves with all d-foods served on d-table. I was pretty hungry as I hadn't taken any heavy meal that day. Oh yeah, before that, our 1-year senior joined us. We call him Abg Azemer n surprisingly, he gained some weight. That's good 4 him cos d-last time I saw him ( about 10 years ago) he's so thin. We spent like, 1 n half hours before we continue our Raya convoy.

Next stop was Azemer's house at Slim River. Azemer left Shahrin's house 1st as he had to do some preparation 4 us. Then, we moved on n took highway Plus. As we driving down on main street at Slim River, we made a left turn as we all tot that was d-right way. Actually, it wasn't n we kinda lost...hahahaha. We still remember how we escaped from coming to class by giving an excuse to d-in-charge teacher. Normally we told any teacher that we had health-problems or anything related to health n wanted to see doctor. And, once we get d-permission, we went to c d-doc n asked d-doc to give any medicine n we made up story, bla..bla..then we go to Azemer's house n hang out there up untill 5 pm stg. After that get back to school b4 6pm. Hehehe, that's wut we do when we were in form 4 n 5. It's like a weekly basis visit to d-clinic. Hahaha...so mischievous!!!

Anyway, when we arrived at Azemer's house, her mom said he's buying something. Then her mom let us in n showed us some photos where she went vacations in Europe. Wow, we were really impressed. Later, Azemer came in n served d-Cendol where he claimed it's d-best Cendol in Slim River. It did....very nice ones. I also had this cookies..dunno wut it's called but d-filling is chocolate. As we leaving, Azemer's mom handed each one of us Angpau = duit raya n she said use that money to buy ice-cream..hehehe

Then we resumed our convoy to Danny's house (Shahrin's friend) at Tanjung Malim. On d-way to his house, one of us suggested to stop by at our former school, SMKA SLIM RIVER since it's same route to Danny's. I was so thrilled to stop by at d-school where I learned about SOMETHING....hahahaha. Something which I won't forget 4 d-rest all my life. Nay...learned all d-good stuff kay. I think, someday, I'll be posting all my experiences when I was at this awesome school. Huhuhuhu...we'll see.

So, we entered d-main gate n d-security guard let us in. OK, that's weird cos he just let us in without asking if we wanted to break-in or just visiting a teachers. Besides, it's school holiday rite?...wuteva.

We parked right at d-front of d-main building n office of SMKA Slim River where d-daily assembly normally take place. Oh MY LORD.....d-moment I step out of d-car, a huge wave of images from 1995 up until 1999 started to come back in a flash. From Ustaz Musa to Cikgu Zaili, from Teacher Kamariah to Ustazah Arbaiyah, and to Hasb....forgot his name...hehehehe. Anyway, we went straight to d-main stage n took some photo there. Gosh....this sacred place is like a nightmare for me as I was $%^%&^%&*^&* right there. Hahahahaha.....so nostalgic.

Actually, one of d-reason we stopped by was, Rashid brought along tennis racket n we desperately wanna play tennis 2gether. Well, I wasn't really that desperate ok...they were. Hehehe...so off to d-tennis court. As we approaching d-court, all of us looked at each other in disbelief cos d-court n d-surrounding looked like it was abandon years2x ago.

Wut's happened to d-SEMEKASRIAN ????....do they never played any sport huh? Or d-school had prohibited them from any sport activities?..I dunno, but d-courts looked SO HIDEOUS !!! But still, it didn't deter us to play, even three of us was wearing Baju Melayu somemore. So we played for about 30 minutes n it's just 4 fun only....hehehehe. All I can say, Rashid's skill n performance way too good or shud I say, 2 levels higher compared to us. To add, he used to be a UPM Tennis varsity player. Wait...just a reserved player, according to him la. Hehehe

After hitting d- tennis court, off we went to Danny's house. He served us with fried mee which he cooked himself. He's a PTD by profession n Shahrin's housemate. That's d-only info I knw about him. Well, he seemed nice n kind. Then at 5.30pm we continued our convoy to Teluk Intan n it's time to say good buy to Azemer as he didn't come with us.

By 6.30 pm, we arrived at Rashid's house n his father who's always been known 4 his outstanding communcation skill was standing in d-front yard. Hehehe...D-moment he saw me, promptly he said that how he still remember me n praised me like how religious n k ind I was (well, still am)....n how CUTE I was (was I?..hmmm)...I was kinda blushed though. Huhuhu.

We got inside n I saw this cute mangosteen-shaped cookies in a jar. I lift d-lid n took a bite of it..oklah..hehehe. Then Rashid brought a plate of sliced Serawak Cake Lapis. It looked so nice n it's really yummy. And u know how much d-cake cost?...RM90 ringgit stg. My Lord....It makes me think twice if I were to buy this cake. Anyway it's really worth buying as it's VERY DELICIOUS. After that we moved to another table where Lontong which consist of nasi impit, kuah lodeh = coconut gravy/sauce and a bowl of anchovies chili sauce was ser ved. I tell u, d-chili sauce was HEAVENLY. In fact, I ate d-chili sauce alone n cud have eaten all of them as a snack okay!

We didn't spent too long at Rashid's, so at 7.10pm stg we proceed to d-next stop. Faridin's house just 2 km away from Rashid's...not that far. Earlier, Shahrin requested to stop by at d-Chui Chak on d-way to Faridin's. He wanted to capture d-dusk-moment at d-paddy field. Yeah rite, hopefully we didn't accidentally capture d-GHOST as we were taking photos, it was a Maghrib time u know. Huhuhu.....

After that, we arrived at Faridin's new house. The bricks ones. Last time was a wooden which still there next to d-new bricks ones. So, got inside n I was really amazed at d-ceiling. It looked like a laminated-floor. Plus, I kinda liked d-incorporations of d-Islamic architectural elements especially at d-top side of d-window. Very nice indeed. As for d-foods, Faridin served us with LEMANG. Those who never tried or eat this stuff, Lemang is a glutinous rice soaked in coconut milk in hallow bamboo tube or stick and cooked over charcoal fire. Sort of la...hehehe...not really sure how to make a Lemang though.

Then, we continued our Raya convoy to Ipoh. We went to Yunus's 1st. And we were served with fried mee. Then our last stop was my house. I told them as a last stop, I'd serve them with ice cream as a dessert or as a closing of our convoy. Hehehe...so, I did served them with ice-cream which I bought a day before. Since night was still young, we decided to go to d-nearest Karaoke Centre to belt out 1 or 2 songs.

I suggested to hit d-newly open Tesco Store at Station 18, just 1 km away from my house. There got Karaoke room. Off we hit Tesco. Then we got d-room n paid 4 one-hour session. So....I started d-karaoke nite session, followed by Faridin, Rashid, Shahrin n last but not least Yunus. OK, buy d-time we finished d-karaoke session, it was 12 am or 1 am something. Gosh....then, hurriedly, we transfered all d-pictures taken with Shahrin's n Rashid's camera into Rashid's laptop. After that, they dropped me n they headed back to drop Yunus n drove back to Tapah cos they (Rashid n Faridin) decided to stay a night at Shahrin's house.

All in all, it was really2x a BLAST n had really2x GREAT time with y'all. U know wut, whnever being with u guys, all d-problems or anything that might be bothering me would definitely GONE WITH d-WIND or disappeared in d-blue sky. All d-laughter we had, really2x helped me (or at least) to forget THE PERSON WHO MUST NOT BE NAMED. Hahaha.....it's true what. Anyway, even though it was really2x tiring but then, again, it's really worth to hang out n did d-raya convoy with u guys. Hope this Raya Convoy become an annual gathering of ours.

And to Rashid, please BEHAVE ok at Serawak n send my LOVE to BHUTANG as well as to Abg Shahrin, send my lovely HEART to ur BHUTANG. Hope someday I can meet both of them in d- flesh. Hehehe..dun worry, I'm not gonna do any dirty tricks or take one of them away from u guys. Trust me...hahaha

3rd day of Hari Raya & Merisik

On 3rd Hari Raya, we didn't go to any house or anywhere. Basically we just clean our house n getting stuff ready as later that night, we wud hv a special visitor coming. By special visitors, I mean, a delegation from my soon-to-be-brother-in-law coming for a small pre-engagement ceremony. In short, it's also known as MERISIK in Malay term.

Anyway, wut is Merisik?..well, as far as I know, merisik is somekinda of verbal inquiry of asking d-soon-to-be bride's agreement regarding d-intended marriage as well as asking an approval from d-parents of d-soon-to-be bride. Both parties would be having a small talk..bla..bla....n will discussing about d-up coming engagement ceremony n also to set up d-date. However, in some place, there also touch a bit on d-dowry issue while discussing take place.

If everything goes according to the plan, d-final moment or stage of d-merisik would be d-placing-ring moment where d-mother of d-soon-to-be groom would placing the ring on d-soon-to-be bride's finger and that ring would be a mark of d-unspoken "I'm not availabe anymore". Yeah rite....

So, as both parties have planned, d-delegation from d-groom's side showed up at 8.30pm something. Well, I shud hv worn something more decent than wearing a short n yellow T. Hahaha....Actually I was just got back from Ipoh, Medan Gopeng Bus Station. Realized of how indecent my outfit was, I rushed back to my mom's room n grabbed anything that looked like sarong or kain pelikat n put on it. Then, I saw this javanese songkong alike ( i dunno wut they call that stuff) on d-wordrobe n I put it on. Well, how do I look?.....hehehehe

I didn't wear that stuff for d-whole merisik event. It just not suitable at all, I guess. Anyway, as d-process of intoduction, d-body of d-event n d-conclusion of d-whole merisik-thingy taking place, I had to do d-photographer part where I had to capture every priceless moment especially d-placing-ring moment.

Oh yeah, my mom with Mak Uda (my mom's sis) an also with other helpers had prepared a very sinfully delicious earlier that day. They made Laksa, nasi impit with peanut sauce, rendang, pulut kuning...wut else huh?...forgot edi.

And that day also, Daim Darwisy wore a blue malay traditional outfit n match with his mom's. But, he threw a tantrum d-moment d-delegations came in. So Angah n her hubby had to get in d-car n drove him around d-residence until he fell sleep. Hehehehe...now u know being a mother is not as easy as it looks.

All in all, d-whole merisik-thingy went well n we were really grateful for everything. So Nana is officially not available anymore. Take note!...Opps sorry, I've forgotten to mention it here that d-pre-engagement ceremony was for my 2nd younger sister which was NANA n her soon-to-be husband (Insya-Allah) Rizal. With Allah's willing, the engagement day will be held next year.

2nd day of Hari Raya

I was d-2nd last person got up from d-bed. When I was making my way to d-loo, I noticed that everyone was already dressing up. Well, I've always been either 2nd last or last person getting ready or getting prepared 4 anything. Hahaha

Once done with d-dress, I had a nasi lemak 4 breakfast. There's only one nasi lemak left on d-table, obviously it's mine.

1st Hari Raya for Daim Darwisy, flanked by his father n his mother

So, we began our raya visit to my father's uncle's home. As we about to get outta car, there were bunch of people on bike came in. We called it "bara-an" n it's in Javanese term. Usually there'r 2 groups of Bara-an which is male's group n female's group. And each group consist of young n old folks of d-village n they will go n stop by from 1 house to other house. Normally they will spend like 3-5 minutes each house b4 resuming their Bara-an activities. To me, this kinda activity shud be continued as it will strengthen d-unity amongst d-Muslim community.

After spending like 30 minutes, we continue our visit to one of my mom's auntie. Prior to that, we had promised with my mom's siblings to meet there as we were a bit late. There were, Mak Alang's family, Mak Uda's, Pak Anjang's, Cik Zai's n Ucu's. Everyone was there except 1 or 2 family members which couldn't make it to this year's Hari Raya.

Then, five cars headed to another relatives of ours. For this year's raya, I've decided not to touch on Hari Raya cookies which I find too common. I'd only get my hand on those cookies which rarely seen or found. So, of all d-raya visit so far, I find this cookies quite nice n was made of green peas, I believe. Huhuhu.....

Oh yeah, whnver I saw Batang buruk at any house, I'd definitely try some. I dunno Y old folks call it "Batang Buruk", to me it doesn't look buruk at all...LOL. Well, if u literally translate d-name of d-cookies it's called UGLY STICK, correct me if I wrong. Huhuhu....just look at d-pic below. Does it look UGLY?

At this stop, we called d-head of d-house MAT KUDIN..I dunno d-spelling, but it sounds like that though. Everytime we pay a visit at his place, he, even without asking, would sing any numbers of traditional songs. Well, he claimed that he was better than M Daud Kilau during d-era of that kinda genre which M Daud Kilau was into. Anyway, wut I wanna share with u guys, he held Daim Darwisy n started singing a song. The 1st verse was ok, then he continued d-2nd verse n suddenly d-lyrics turned into stg which I find rather disgusting to listen to, especially when all d-family members from grandma to great-grandchild was there. U shud listen to those lyrics.

D-moment we hear d-word MELANCAP or in english MASTURBATE, we'r like...o ok, that's TOO much. But then, I still can hear laughter from some of us, or perhaps they just pretend to like wut they heard. Duhhhhh...And my mom was actually didn't like it but still manage to produce an instant smile. So was I....

Okay, enuf with that bad stuff. After listening to d-unwanted songs, we went to another relatives' home at Batu 38, Sabak Bernam. They served us with freshly-cooked fried mee. It was spicy n nice. Then, my family headed back to my grandma's home (father's side) while d-rest headed back to Bagan Terap. We had a rest n I took a nap bout 1 or 2 hours.

At 5.30 pm, we packed our belongings n drove to Bagan Terap n joined them having a barbeque. It's been like an annual barbeque party n normally we hv fish, squids, prawns as well as chicken to be grilled. While watching them patiently waiting n keep d-fire as well as d-grill going well, I went to d-other side of d-house. That side was used to be artificial ponds. I still remember where me n other cousins catch some fishes using a somekinda fishing rod but it was made of from bamboo stick. It's not exactly like d-ones that we normally c, cos at d-end of d-rod, it has two bamboo-sticks intersect n got a net tied at each end of d-sticks. So that it can catch as much as possible. I wonder if u guys can picture it out. Huhuhuhu...sorry I'm not good at describing things.

Anyway, since it's getting dusk, I was trying to capture d-priceless moment n to tell y'all, my grandma's home is surrounded with greeny paddy field. That'll make d-whole thing even great. While I was happily snapping, fortunately I noticed there was a leech climbing up on my leg. I wore short at that time...huhuhu. Promptly I pull out that creature n playing around with that thing as if I didn't scared at all. I used to freak out whnvr that kinda thing ever touch on my skin. I guess, not now leech, as I'm stronger inside out. Hahaha..yeah rite. Then, I put that thing down n asked one of my cousin to take some salt n sprinkle on it. It's been like ages since d-last time seeing d-leech died from d-salt...hehehe, I kinda enjoyed doing that stuff. Actually there was another leech hid in-between my foot finger. Lucikily I noticed that...or else, that vampire-alike creature gonna suck my VIRGIN blood...hahaha.

Then, d-head of d-barbeQ party called us in to eat la...huhuhu. At 8pm, we had to get going as we still had another raya visit before we heading back to Ipoh. After all d-forgiving-session, we went to Wak Lijah's house, one of my father's sis. This year's Hari Raya, Wak Lijah didn't make her signature cookies. It's made of tempe, nuts n it's a bit sipcy. Forgot to ask her Y she didn't make it. Anyway, before we left, Wak Lijah handed me Angpau aka duit raya as well as another packet of candy which comes with 1 ringgit coins. Hahahaha...kinda funny though cos I tot I'll never get duit raya since I'm working edi.

As of that nite, I got more than 5 ringgit n below 10 ringgit duit raya...hehehehe
